Construction
One rigid body with a lid hinged along the full length of one edge, so it opens like a hardback and stays attached while it is presented. The hinge is built from the same wrapped board as the box, so nothing metal shows on the outside. Inside, the contents sit in a moulded insert cut to the shape of each item, and the lid closes flush over the top. Because the lid stays attached, there is no separate piece to set down or lose.
