The problem in this trade
A spirit gift has to survive a courier and still look like it was handed over at the distillery gate. The bottle needs to arrive whole, any glassware needs to arrive unbroken, and the box has to carry a brand that took years to build. That makes it a packaging problem before it is a design problem: the bottle weight, the glass positions and the route it travels decide the construction.

The set we build most often for this trade is a bottle plus two glasses. The bottle sits in a cavity cut to its actual dimensions, the glassware gets its own cut-outs so the pieces never touch, and the whole thing drops into a printed outer carton for the courier. The gift box is not asked to be a shipping container.
After that it is a design decision: wrap colour, foil or blind emboss on the lid, and whether the box opens on a hinge or lifts off. Send us the bottle, the glasses and the quantity and we will come back with a dieline and a price.

- Can the box hold the bottle and the glasses?
- Yes — that is the most common spirit set we build. The bottle sits in a fitted insert and the glassware gets its own cut-outs so the pieces cannot touch in transit.
- Will the bottle arrive unbroken?
- The insert is cut to your bottle's actual dimensions, and heavier sets ship inside a printed outer carton so the gift box is never asked to be the shipping container.
- Do you supply the glasses as well as the box?
- Oui. We supply the drinkware, glassware and bar tools, so a complete set arrives on one purchase order.
- Can we see it before committing to a run?
- Yes — a physical sample is produced first, and nothing goes into bulk until that sample is signed off.
- What is the minimum order?
- 1,000 pièces, in tiers of 1,000–4,999, 5,000–9,999 and 10,000+ pièces.
