Beer & beverage packaging

Multi-packs and carriers that go straight onto the shelf or into the truck.

The problem in this trade

A beverage multi-pack is picked up, dropped, stacked and loaded before anyone reads the print on it. It has to carry the full weight of a sealed pack, survive a pallet stack without the bottom row deforming, and still be the obvious thing to grab by the handle. Packaging that is designed for a trade show rather than a pallet is what fails here.

재료 & compliance

Pack weight Sets the board grade and the corrugated flute, so the carrier holds a loaded pack
Stacking Built to take the weight of the rows stacked above it without deforming
Carry handle Die-cut into the carton, so the pack carries itself off the shelf
Windows Die-cut so the product shows through, or a solid face for full print coverage
인쇄 Printed directly on the board — no wrap joins to line up
Board Corrugated board, printed and die-cut as one piece
Minimum order 1,000 PC, in tiers of 1,000–4,999, 5,000–9,999 and 10,000+ PC
Lead time 15–30 days production · 7 days for a sample · sample cost on request

At beverage volumes the packaging is a logistics decision before it is a design decision. A carrier has to take the weight of a full pack, stack without crushing the row underneath, and still be the thing a customer grabs by. That is usually a printed folding carton rather than a rigid box.

Carry handles, die-cut windows and a printed inside face all come off the same die line, so adding them costs artwork rather than a second product. Send us the pack format — how many, what size, what has to show through — and we will come back with a dieline.

Common questions

Carton or rigid box for a multi-pack?
A carton, almost always. It is printed and die-cut as one piece, carries the pack's own weight, and takes a handle — a rigid box does none of those things at beverage quantities.
Can the pack have a window?
예. Die-cut windows are cut on the same die line, so the bottles show through without a second component.
Will it take a carry handle?
Yes — the handle is part of the die line.
Can we print the inside?
예, though most beverage carriers are printed on the outside face only.
What is the minimum order?
1,000 PC, in tiers of 1,000–4,999, 5,000–9,999 and 10,000+ PC.
