コーヒー & specialty drinks packaging

Kits and gift sets for roasters, brewers and drink brands.

A pour-over brew kit in an open kraft box with a green printed band.

The problem in this trade

A coffee kit is bought once and then, if it works, ordered again. It ships by courier to a kitchen bench rather than by pallet to a loading dock, so it has to survive being handled on its own, open without a knife, and still look right in a photo at the other end. Packaging judged on a trade stand does not survive any of that.

材料 & compliance

Kit layout Each item gets its own cavity, so nothing rattles against anything else
Courier handling Built for single-parcel shipping rather than pallet freight
Opening Tuck or lift-off, with nothing the customer has to cut through
Re-ordering A construction that repeats identically run to run, so a second order matches the first
印刷 Printed band or full wrap, from your artwork
Finishes Hot foil stamping · Emboss & deboss · Spot UV · Soft-touch lamination
Minimum order 1,000 PC, in tiers of 1,000–4,999, 5,000–9,999 and 10,000+ PC
Lead time 15–30 days production · 7 days for a sample · sample cost on request

A coffee kit usually ships on its own to a home address rather than on a pallet to a dock. That changes what the packaging has to do: survive being handled singly, open without a knife, and still look right in a phone photo when the customer posts it.

The kits we build for roasters and brewers are a printed carton or a small rigid box holding a dripper, 缶, a cloth or a scoop, with each item in its own cavity. Send us the item list and we will lay out the insert around it.

Common questions

Can the kit hold a dripper, a tin and a cloth together?
Yes — that is a standard layout. Each piece gets its own die-cut cavity so nothing moves or knocks in transit.
Will it survive a courier?
It is designed for single-parcel handling rather than pallet freight, with the insert taking the movement out of the contents.
Does a second order match the first?
はい. The insert is cut from a stored die line, so a repeat run reproduces the first one.
Can we keep the carton and change only the print for a seasonal run?
Yes — the construction repeats and the artwork changes, which is the usual pattern for a seasonal release.
What is the minimum order?
1,000 PC, in tiers of 1,000–4,999, 5,000–9,999 and 10,000+ PC.
