Wine sets are heavier than they look and less forgiving than they look. A bottle that shifts even a few millimetres inside the box is what breaks on the way to a customer, so the insert is cut to the bottle rather than to a nominal size, and the gift box rides inside a printed outer carton.
The presentation side is straightforward: one bottle in a tray, two or three bottles side by side with dividers between them, or a six-bottle set with a corkscrew and glasses. Tell us the count and the bottle diameter and we will come back with the layout.
Common questions
- Should the gift box also be the shipping box?
- No, and we would not recommend it. For a single bottle the gift box goes inside a printed outer carton, so the presentation box arrives clean rather than scuffed.
- Can we supply our own bottle for the insert to be cut against?
- Yes — send one bottle and the insert is cut to it. A nominal size is how bottles end up moving.
- Can a set include a corkscrew and glasses?
- Sí. The bottle gets its own cavity and the accessories get theirs, so nothing touches in transit.
- How many bottles fit in one box?
- One, two, three or six, depending on the construction. Six-bottle sets usually want a divided box rather than a tray.
- What is the minimum order?
- 1,000 piezas, in tiers of 1,000–4,999, 5,000–9,999 and 10,000+ piezas.
